Wellness Incentive

If you are enrolled in a County-sponsored medical plan and complete the required wellness activities, you will earn an incentive of $30/paycheck! 

To Earn for Calendar Plan Year 2024

If you don't already have one, you will need to create an account in the Wellness Portal. Once an account is created, you will complete the Health Check Survey and two “Your Choice” Activities by December 31, 2023 to receive the Wellness Reward. The activities can be found on the Wellness Portal by going to the Home tab > Rewards.

If you are new/newly eligible, you can earn your reward on a go-forward basis approximately two pay periods after you complete the Health Check Survey and two “Your Choice” Activities. You will also earn your incentive for PY 2024.

Note: Do not wait to complete your activities. They can take months to complete.  All employees will restart their activities each year starting January 2024 to maintain their incentive for the following Plan Year.
