Does the documentation submitted for my project become part of the 'public record'?
When a project is 100% complete (i.e. a final approval certificate has been issued) all of the project documentation submitted to the Subdivision, Infrastructure and Planning Program becomes part of the public record and is available to the general public. The final documentation set for a completed project typically includes, but is not limited to, an application for Approval Of Construct and as-built Design Drawings.
